Meet Your Coach
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and a Master’s in Kinesiology with a focus on Biomechanics and Movement Science. I am also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms). With 15+ years in competitive soccer and two decades of training and coaching, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human movement. My work blends biomechanics, engineering logic, and performance training with a singular mission: to help people move better, feel stronger, and thrive longer.
